Responsible AI

Our principles for safe, transparent, and accountable use of AI-assisted capabilities.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Purpose-bound use

Intravo evaluates AI uses in the context of a defined business or product purpose. Data access is limited to what the approved function needs, and customer data remains subject to the applicable agreement, privacy terms, regional requirements, and retention controls.

Customer data and model training

Intravo does not use customer content to train a provider's general-purpose model unless the customer expressly authorizes that use. Optional third-party AI, speech, or language providers receive data only when the related feature is enabled. Intravo-hosted processing may be available for selected configurations.

Risk review and human responsibility

Material AI uses are inventoried and reviewed according to their data, users, intended outcome, potential harm, security, privacy, legal requirements, vendor terms, and need for human oversight. People remain responsible for decisions and work products; AI output must be reviewed at a level appropriate to the risk.

Transparency and choice

We provide product-specific information about material AI-assisted functions and available configuration choices. Where law requires disclosure that a person is interacting with AI or that content is artificially generated, we design the relevant experience to support that disclosure.

Safety and prohibited uses

Intravo policies prohibit entering customer, personal, confidential, credential, or regulated information into unapproved AI tools. AI must not be used to bypass security controls, make deceptive claims, impersonate people without authorization, or make solely automated high-impact decisions without appropriate review and legal approval.
