Subprocessors & Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver our products and services, Intravo works with a small set of trusted third-party providers. This page lists those providers, the services they perform, and the categories of data they may process on our behalf.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Overview

A "subprocessor" is a third-party service provider that processes customer data as part of delivering our services. Intravo selects subprocessors carefully and contractually requires each one to provide a level of data protection at least as protective as the commitments we make to our customers.

This page is the canonical list of subprocessors used in production. We update it whenever we add, remove, or change a provider. To be notified of changes, see Notice of Changes below.

AI, Speech & Language Customer choice

Intravo uses Anthropic for internal engineering and product workflows, and supports a range of optional speech and language providers for our real-time interpretation product. Speech and translation providers other than the platform default are engaged only when a specific customer enables them, based on that customer's own compliance posture, contracting requirements, and language-quality preferences. A given provider only receives data when it is the configured choice for that customer or feature.
