2. What We Collect
Information types are described in Sections 3–5: "access information," "contact information," and "information from other sources."
3. Access Information
3.1 Technical Information
When you visit our Sites and/or use any of our services, we may collect information about your computer, including where available, your geographic location, IP address, operating system and browser type, device type, bandwidth, and other similar information for system administration and analysis.
3.2 Usage Information
We may also keep details of your visits to our Sites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, time spent on the Sites, number of pages viewed, referring web pages, the resources that you access, and the date and time of access.
Information identifying you directly or indirectly when combined with other data is subject to this policy.
3.3 Cookies and Technologies
Our Sites use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in order to provide you with an improved browsing experience and to allow us to improve our Sites. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Contact Information
4.1 Personal Information
Site visitors and users provide personal information through registration, form completion, surveys, interactive functions, inquiries, and problem reporting. Information provided may include: name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description, and photograph.
4.2 Account Information
Some Sites allow account creation requiring passwords. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You must not share a password with anyone. Social media profile registration automatically collects selected information based on your social media privacy settings, potentially including name, profile picture, age range, gender, language, country, and other public information.
5. Third-Party Sources
Information may be received from clients, business partners, affiliates, sub-contractors, search information providers, social networks, advertising networks, advertising exchanges, data management platforms, content recommendation platforms, and analytics providers. This information is classified as either "access information" or "contact information."
6. How We Use Information
6.1 Business and Commercial Purposes
Intravo collects and uses information for:
- Providing and managing the Sites and services — providing access, customizing experience, enabling event participation, and analytics
- Administrative purposes — bug detection, error reporting, user-interaction auditing, fraud and security monitoring, legal compliance
- Working with strategic partners and affiliates
- Developing new products and services
- Other uses with your consent or direction
6.2 Legal Compliance
We may also share your personal information as we believe is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law or legal process or to protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of the Sites and services, our employees, agents, or users.
6.3 Access Information Usage
Your "access information" is used to route the requested web page to your computer or mobile device for viewing. It enables site administration, troubleshooting, data analysis, content optimization, interactive feature access, security, and — with consent — personalized recommendations.
6.4 Contact Information Usage
Your "contact information" enables us to operate and manage the Sites, provide services to you, or to provide information tailored more to your needs, or to forward your message or inquiry to another entity that is better able to do so.
Contact information may enable Intravo or strategic partners to contact you. Information is used to administer, support, improve, and develop business operations and features.
6.5 Combined Information
Information from other sources is combined with access and/or contact information and used for the stated purposes.
6.6 Communications
Information is used to contact you about important Sites changes or developments. With appropriate consent, you'll be informed about goods and services from Intravo or selected partners.
6.7 Marketing Consent
We will ask you to give your consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, and to provide you with information about our goods and services, or those of other parties, which we believe may be of interest to you. Click "unsubscribe" in any email to opt out.
6.8 Third-Party Marketing
With your opt-in consent, we may also permit selected parties to use your information to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you.
7. Disclosure of Your Information
7.1 Types of Entities
Within the last 12 months, information has been shared with:
- Subsidiaries and related companies for business purposes like marketing and technical operations
- Strategic business partners, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors requiring access to assist with contract performance
- Trusted companies and individuals performing functions on Intravo's behalf, including cloud storage, email services, data analysis, transaction handling, and customer service. These agents may access information only to perform contracted services. The current list is published on our Subprocessors page.
- Analytics providers assisting with Sites improvement and optimization
- Vendors for business and commercial purposes, including analytics technology companies
- Other companies with notice and consent
7.2 Legal and Business Disclosures
Information may be disclosed:
- Where we are required to do so by law
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets
- To exchange other information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction
8. Analytics & Advertising
8.1 Analytics Services
We and other parties use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how users access and use the Sites.
8.2 Tracking Technologies
As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Sites (including our website and emails). These technologies may track activities across time and services for device association purposes.
8.3 Opt-Out Options
Google offers opt-out tools at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout for Google Analytics.
8.4 Opt-Out Limitations
If you opt out using any of these methods, the opt-out will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. Intravo is not responsible for opt-out effectiveness or other entities' compliance statements.
9. Providing Information Is Your Choice
9.1 No Legal Requirement
There is no legal requirement for you to provide any information at our Sites. However, our Sites will not work without certain "access information" described above. Browser cookie rejection won't prevent site use but may disable certain features.
9.2 Contact Information Requirements
Failure to provide requested "contact information" means particular features or services may be unavailable.
9.3 Do Not Track
Browser settings may transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Intravo does not monitor or act on such signals unless legally required. Visit allaboutdnt.com for more information.
10. How Long We Store Your Information
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We will retain and use your information as necessary to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements and rights.
Data is either securely deleted or anonymized so it cannot link back to you.
11. Data Security
11.1 Security Measures
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will use reasonable commercial efforts to protect your information and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Sites; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once received, procedures and security features prevent unauthorized access. Appropriate safeguards consistent with Intravo policies and industry standards protect collected information. Additional detail is available in our Security Overview.
11.2 Third-Party Links
Our Sites may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our strategic partners, advertisers, and affiliates. These websites have separate privacy policies. Intravo accepts no responsibility or liability for these policies. Review them before submitting personal data.
12. Children Under 16
The Sites are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Sites. Intravo does not knowingly target advertising to or collect information from children under 16.
Do not access the Sites, provide information, register, use interactive features, or identify yourself if under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
Contact [email protected] if you believe Intravo has information about a child under 16. Intravo does not knowingly "sell" personal information of California residents under 16.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to edit and reissue this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy. Continued site use indicates consent to the posted policy.
Check this policy regularly for changes. Material changes may trigger additional email notice.
